Abstract

Thearticlepresents the results of research on machine-tractorunitswith an automaticcontrolsystemon the basis of the Experimentalproductionfarm"Kaskelensky",Agropark"Ontustik". The relevance of research.

Amethod for studying a transport and technologicalmachine is proposed based on the research of ProfessorP. Zhunisbekov (A newmethod for studyingMTAasstandardlinks)astypicallinks of a linearsystem. The transitionfunction was investigatedinaccordancewith the features of linearsystems.Eachtypicallinkhasits own specialtransitionalfunction, a kind of "fingerprint", which differsfromotherlinks.

Based on the results of the study, the type of link was justified. The purpose of the researchwastoconducttheoreticalandexperimentalstudies of a transport and technologicalmachineas a typicallink in a linearsystem, to testandevaluate the effectivenessof a transport and technologicalmachine(seedingunit)equipped with a paralleldrivingsystem.

The researchmethodologyincludedconducting the experimentalpartinaccordancewith the currentstandards of the National Assembly of the Republic of KazakhstanandGOST,usingplanningandanalysis of experiments.

The mainresults. The MTAresearchmethod was substantiated by dividingitintotypicallinks of a linearsystem,examining the transitionalfunction of the toollinkas a kind of "fingerprint" of the link.Comparingthisprocesswith the transitioncharacteristics, the type of link was determined.In an equilibriumandstablestate of operation of theirworkingbodies, they correspond in terms of a transientprocess(characteristic) to an inertialaperiodiclink of the firstorder.Therefore,in the mathematicaldescription, instead of complexandpoorlydigesteddifferentialequations, one canlimit oneself to first- orsecond-order differential equations directlyrelatedto the designparameters of the device.

Conclusions of the research work. Transport and technological machines, in normal operating modes, belong to the inertial aperiodic link of the first order. Materials on the effectiveness of a transport and technological machine (seeding unit) with an automatic control system (ACS) are presented. The main effect is achieved from the fact that more than 90% of the operator's time is freed from the need to control the unit, along with increased productivity, increased field area utilization, minimizing the width of the butt aisle.
